In turn, our commitment is to provide our people with the coaching, training, development, and tools that will build on these attitudes to help become service delivery specialists.

Serco customer service agents are customer- and community-oriented. As a customer service agent, your job is to provide information and help customers navigate the licensing process.
This position is all about maintaining attention to detail and working successfully with a wide range of people. Whether you are processing a transaction, evaluating a road test applicant, delivering test results, or filing paperwork, the driver examiner role is dynamic, interesting, detail-oriented, and exhilarating.
Driver examiners are vital members of the team formed to ensure Ontario’s roads are safe. First and foremost, driver examiners help customers navigate the steps of the driver licensing process by evaluating driver skills, providing suggestions for improvement, and answering questions.
